"Normalcy to me is enjoying the simple things in life."
~Atticus Shaffer
Each week I feel more and more like PSC is getting back to a new normal. We are managing concerns that come up in new, thoughtful ways. We are listening to each other and trying to be responsive to what we hear. We are also starting to see more activity on campus! I loved seeing cupcakes in the Atrium for Valentine's Day hosted by Student Life and SGA. I loved attending Professor Abate's communication class this week and interacting with students in that space. I loved visiting the Christopher Art Gallery with Professor Massengill and the Sustainability Club. Tonight is the return of the Jazz Fest, which I am really excited about! Tomorrow, we are hosting the 484th Army Band in the Barnes and Nobel Auditorium, and all of this feels like us getting back to our best selves. I'm attaching fliers for both of these events to this message. I hope to see you tonight at the Jazz Fest. Part of rebuilding a culture of respect and collegiality is supporting each other in our events and activities.
Finally, I hope you use your three day weekend to reflect, relax, and renew as we move towards the midterm. Stay safe, and be well!
