External Affairs and Marketing

The External Affairs Department promotes the college and its students, faculty, and staff through comprehensive and coordinated public relations, communications, and marketing plans. The team creates a strong, positive, and consistent image for the college through its public relations, communications, and marketing, which includes producing college publications, including credit and non-credit course schedules, viewbooks, and a wide variety of other marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and posters. External Affairs also writes press releases, handle media relations, and produce and place advertising in various media.

As part of the External Affairs team, Support Services provides convenient and value-added duplication and document production services to all departments and employees of the college and supports all internal and external mail operations. Our supplemental support operation produces a wide variety of materials, from booklets and banners to postcards and posters, maintains the college’s events calendar, and distributes campus-wide email announcements.
