It is important that we make sure all of our people have the correct information in Workday. This is in order to report the correct information to e.g. skatteettaten (tax office), and to pay out your salary. In addition, in case an unforeseen event or a crisus occur, it is crucial that we can get in touch with our people and are aware of their private contact details.
Logg in to the Workday app
Click on the menu on the left side - Click on your name/ picture
Click on the menu on the right side (3 little dots)
Click on Personal data
Choose what you want to update:
Change my Home Contact information - to update your address, phone number or personal email adress
Change my Emergency contact - to update your emergency contacts
Change my Personal information - to update gender, date of birth or nationality
Change my Government ID - To update your D-number or personal number
Logg in to Workday via Okta
Click View All Apps link on your home page > Personal Information app.

4. Choose what you want to update:
Contact information - to update your address, phone number or personal email adress
Personal information - to update gender, date of birth or nationality
Emergency contact - to update your emergency contacts
Photo - to add or update your profile photo in WD
You can add multiple bank accounts in the Accounts section, but only 1 account can be added in the Payment Election section. The account that is added in the payment Election is the account where you will receive your salary.
If you want to receive your salary in an other bank account, you need to add the account to ‘ accounts’ first and then add it to Payment Election.
Find your own profile in Workday
Go to 'pay' (menu on the left).
Click on 'add' under accounts to add the new account
Click on 'edit' under payment Elections
Choose the correct account under 'account'
Click on Ok
If needed you can now remove your old account.
