Create a New Layer above your picture layer (we will make all our correction on this layer)
With each tool, you MUST check Sample All Layers. (see below)

Click on the Spot Healing Brush.
The size of the brush should be slightly larger than the area needing repair.
Drag the Hardness slider all the way to the left until it is set to 0%.
Click the spots and watch them disappear.
Click on the Healing Brush.
The size of the brush should be slightly larger than the area needing repair.
Drag the Hardness slider all the way to the left until it is set to 0%.
Hold down the ALT key and click on an unblemished part of the skin with texture similar to the area needing repair, and then release the ALT key.
Place the mouse pointer over the blemish and click (or drag) to fix.
Click on the Patch Tool.
Drag to select the area of the image you want to repair.
Click and Drag the selection to an area with clean texture similar to the area needing repair.
Release the mouse.
Click on the Clone Stamp Tool.
The size of the brush should be slightly larger than the area you with to clone.
Drag the Hardness slider all the way to the left until it is set to 0%.
Hold down the ALT key and click on an area of the image you want to clone and then release the ALT key.
Click and drag to copy in the new location.
The Clone Stamp tool makes a pixel for pixel copy while the Healing Brush matches the texture, lighting, transparency and shading of the sampled pixels to the area being healed.
