Motion Tweens and Shape tweens
Using a combination of Photoshop (image manipulation) and Flash (tweening), create a simple animated album cover, movie poster or video game cover.
Your animations MUST include at least one:
A Motion Tween
A Shape Tween
HELPFUL HINTS:
Create New Layers for each new object in your animation.
Think of motion tweens as a single events for an object.
Have them do one thing then create a new version of your object by copying and Edit > Pasting In Place a new instance of that object on a new keyframe.
F5 – Insert a blank frame - Extend your animation over multiple frames without changes
F6 – Insert a keyframe
F7 – Insert a blank keyframe
( . ) - move over a frame to the right.
( , ) - move over a frame to the left.
ENTER - Plays your movie in the timeline
CTRL + ENTER – Previews your final movie (also creates an .swf file)
SHIFT + F5 - Removes frames
SHIFT + F6 - Removes keyframes
Create new layers for each new object in your animation.
Use scenes to break up your animation into manageable chunks Insert > Scene.
To display the scene panel: Window > Other Panels > Scene.
