Language barrier, as most of the vendors and customers speak local language(Gujarati) which is difficult for us to convey our idea or concept.

Taking permission from the Municipal Corporation for setting up the stall.
Finding reliable place and space for service launch which is accessible to all.
Convincing customers to look for service and design solution that we offer to them.
Inferences from the first Launch
The service is really reliable in that particular scenario.
Size of the bag is small.
There is less less variety of bags in terms of volume sizes and customer need.
People are aware of plastic bag hazards but due to hectic schedule they don't carry their on bags.
Some people get there bags but they didn't refuse to take plastic bags because of ignorance.
People are willing money for eco friendly bags as if they have that option in the market.
Language plays vital role in the conversation in particular scenario to make people believe in your idea.
