SERVICE PROMOTIONS AND WORKSHOPS:
We visited different colleges in Gandhinagar and Ahmadabad and discussed with several
students regarding work performance stress and their way of dealing with it. Explained the
service of Ctrl+R to the students and invited them to our campus for availing the service.
Various posters were also put up in the colleges and flyers were distributed among students.
INSIGHTS:
- Discussion with students from various educational fields gave different perspectives about their individual methods of coping with stress as each of them faces varied issues.
- The kind of activities to be proposed were mainly such that they were in contrast to the mundane tasks of the students and also their field of study.
- Understanding the comfort level of the students while they consider going to their institute's therapist in comparison to engaging in a recreational activity.
- The amount of time and level of energy involvement that the user group is seeking varies from person to person according to their lifestyle.
