Way Forward
Our service operation will be divided into three major operation.
- Pre service activity.- Onboarding Home chef - home chef onboarding will be done by an standard operating procedure which include
- Contacting the Home Chef
- Orientation and basic training for the service
- Provide welcome Kit and contract paper
- Onboarding complete
2. Service Activity
- Service activity will preferably be carried out on in-house build platform (web or app).
- Home chef are required to display their menu on the platform which will be available to the customer to see and choose from.
- Customer choose from displayed menu from platform which is sent to the respective home chef.
- After meal is prepared and packed, home chef can request for delivery.
- Delivery person is assigned details of meal to be delivered where his route planning is optimized by Platform’s algorithm.
- Delivery begins
3. Post service Activity
- Feedback and rating mechanism for food and delivery.
- Feedback mechanism for Home chefs.
