Our vision is to bring the authentic flavours of home cooked meals of various cultures to the doorstep of the floating population in Gandhinagar.

Our mission is to help people living away from home find meals that are reminiscent of meals at home.
We do this by connecting with a network of talented home-chefs settled in Gandhinagar who make delicious healthy meals, with care, and by delivering these meals to our customers who crave tasty, yet simple home cooked food.
We offer a wide range of affectionately prepared home cooked meals with a new menu everyday to cater to dynamic and diverse needs.

Create a social impact by enabling home-makers to gain recognition through a simple act of preparing homemade food for the floating population.

Trust: Create an environment of trust and understanding between the company and the collaborators and secure the confidentiality of collaborators’ records and maintaining standards of ethical conduct while working with integrity.
Quality & Variety: Maintain high standards of food quality as well as packaging quality and strive to continually monitor and improve the same. Provide authentic regional meals to customers from as many varied regions as possible.
Reliable & Consistent: Maintain consistency in quality, taste and quantity of Food as well as in Packaging. Reliability in terms of delivery time.
Innovation towards Improvement : Create an approachable environment for all the stakeholders in order to receive feedback from them and constantly innovate to continually improve the service, and provide support for collaborators.

On-time delivery of hot meals to the customer.
Increase the reach of services to colleges other than NID.
Optimise logistics of pick-up and delivery.

Setup a training module for the collaborating home-chefs.
Develop a robust financial system and maintain the loyalty of existing collaborating stakeholders.

LONG TERM

Optimise costs.
Enhancing the value of the service experience.
Strengthen existing customer base and attract new ones at the end of each quarter.
Partner with 15 new home-chefs from a different cultural and regional background each month.
Develop a digital platform for receiving orders and connecting with the home-chefs.
Diversify the portfolio of service offerings to other connected domains.
Improve the skills of the existing partner home-chefs and impart new skills to them at regular intervals.
Building multi-cultural communities and creating a greater social impact through the service.
Expansion of the service to other Tier II cities with similar demographic dynamics to set up the service by the end of this year.

Advertisement through physical (posters, pamphlets, etc) and digital (social media, videos, website, etc) media.
Conducting workshops for the existing partner home-chefs and training sessions for the new collaborating home-chefs.
Conducting new skill development workshops for the home-chefs and their family.
Develop a manual of code of conduct for the employees as well as collaborating stakeholders.
Designing and developing packaging solutions which are easy to use, efficient and sustainable.
Developing a website and an app for receiving orders
Creating a loyalty program for the regular customers.
Incentivising the top home-chefs to retain loyalty and give them recognition.
Contact relevant stakeholders to expand into new locations and relevant domains.
