Major research was gathered through online references, observations made during the study of the city and personal as well as shared experiences of people around.
One to one interviews and discussions were conducted with the target audience; students from NID, NIFT, DAIICT and PDPU, as well as young professionals from TCS.
For partnering with home-chefs, personal interviews and one to one discussions were conducted with housewives from the residential areas surrounding the college.
A workshop was conducted at NID and the participants were students of both the genders from different geographical and cultural backgrounds for tasting and understanding their perception of homemade meals.
The tasting session was followed by a brief discussion about their preferences in taste, quality, nostalgic value, quantity and price of meal.
