Phase I:

As per the proposed business model of Ctrl+R, we are suggesting this space to be present in each major colleges and offices where students and employees can de-stress themselves free of cost. We are proposing this ideas to organization head where they can pay us the space installation charge. Regular use of this space will lead to better productivity and work efficiency in oneself.

This plan of Ctrl+R will focus on the institutes and offices present in major Tier II cities of India for examples; Ahmadabad, Pune, Bhubaneshwar, Chandigarh, Bhopal, Lucknow, Kota, Kochi etc.

The reason behind the selection of these cities are:

• Presence of young crowd migrated from different part of the country with reason of either studies or jobs.

• Presence of large numbers renowned educational institutes in these cities.

• Absence of stress reliving innovative services in these cities
