PRE LAUNCH- Sent out teasers in the mail and put up teaser campaign posters in the college to generate curiosity.
1) Approached different educational institutes outside NID Gandhinagar (PDPU, CUG, NIFT, DAIICT), interacting with the students and informing them about the service, providing introductory discount (of Rs 50) to the students who book before the launch date.
2) Set up a pop-up stall in the college mess area for taking bookings, one day before the launch, and provided introductory discount (of Rs 50) to the students who booked on the spot.
Selected the space on the basis of:
1) The service is centered around stress relieving activities and the place has a peaceful ambiance, which would help in delivering our service.
2) We are inviting people from outside NID and since the place is near the main gate, it'll be accessible for the users.
3) The service comprises of a group of activities to take place in a fairly large space for which the place is quite suitable.
