A survey conducted in Gandhinagar and Ahmedabad (among different colleges and offices) to understand the different kinds of stress facing by students and young professional and the coping methods of it.
86% of the people admitted that they are facing stress out of which 63% people are facing stress due to work performance.
As per the survey different ways to beat stress among people are:
Out of all 62% people wants to do any kind of stress relieving exercise or activity alone, but rest have do problem doing with some know people or friends.
Understanding the stakeholders involved in the service and mapping them down with the relations
Business origami technique followed to understand the user flow and roles of different stakeholders (front stage and back stage) involved in the service
A small workshop was conducted among students of NID to understand their current mood or feeling and how it changes after doing some kind of fun/ recreational activity.
Activities were choose on the basic of different personality of the users.
Dart board game : For someone who is energetic, enthusiast and wants to release his/her energy in outward direction
Jig saw Puzzle: For someone who is composed and wants to involve himself in some creation and taking energy inwards.
Discussing the feeling of the user before and after performing the activity
Noting down the inferences of the workshop
Discussion with PDPU students regarding the service and knowing about different ways to deal stress
Workshop conducted with PhD students of Central University of Gujarat to understand the work stress and their coping methods
