Dear Families,

This week we have started a new topic "Let's Create" where we continued to learn how to create and build together. We became inventors and designed a new model, thinking of what materials we need to make this. Then we became engineers to build our models- we had some super creative ideas!  We also designed our own house and created our own buildings in the construction area and created "Mr Potato Head". 

We are so proud of the children's reading progress. As we move closer to Year 1, please continue to practise reading as much as possible at home. Please let us know if you need a new book bag/reading journal as these need to get changed every Monday to support reading at home.  We have lots of special events coming up this half term- you would have received our Reception Sports Day letters so please return the permission slip ASAP. Reception Sports Day will take place on Friday 20th June.   We also have a Reception Come Dine With me on Wednesday 12th June. 

Whether you are spring cleaning or trying to get rid of any unused toys, we are kindly looking for any unwanted toys & costume donations. Please let one of the team know if you have any donations!
