Help tickets typically require a LASID so the support team can research the issue and access a related IEP. When submitting narrative or screenshots, block out Personally Identifiable Information (PII), i.e., the student's full name and date of birth.

Student demographic information is accessed at the LDOE using:
The student's 10-digit Louisiana Secure ID (LASID) assigned by the eScholar system;
The first letter of the student’s first name, and the first three characters of the last name.
LASIDs can be found in various locations in eSER as shown at right ---->
