All of these categories can be viewed at once in the report map by choosing "All Categories" from the dropdown.
Clicking on the title for a report will navigate to a page showing fields to specify the parameters for the report to be downloaded.
The fields shown will vary depending on the report chosen, but they are mostly similar. This help guide focuses on just one report as an example.
For this example, choosing "IEP Forms" from the dropdown produces two titles, "Accommodation Details" and "Special Ed. Transportation Summary."
Clicking "Accommodation Details" navigates to the Report Request for Accommodation Details page, which shows the following fields:

This text box allows for a brief narrative to assist in distinguishing nuances in reports (i.e. grouped by school). This is not a required field.

Click the Submit button to begin processing the report.
The system will automatically navigate to the My Reports page.
The My Reports table will show a status of "pending" until the report is ready. This should only take a few minutes at most.
Refresh your web browser to update the status by clicking Ctrl-F5.
Once the status shows "ready," the report can be downloaded by clicking the pencil icon under the View column.
To download a report, first choose a category from the dropdown, then click the desired report title.
In this example, we chose IEP Forms > Accommodation Details.
The fields shown will vary depending on the report. In this case, it shows nine fields. Choose or enter the desired options, and then click the Submit button.
The system will take a few inutes to process the report. During this time the Report Status column in the My Reports table will show "pending."
Press Ctrl-F5 on the keyboard to refresh the webpage and check the updated status. The webpage must be manually refreshed to show the updated status; it will not happen automatically. Once the report is processed, the status will show "ready."
If you are using Google Chrome, clicking the small "Reload this page" circular arrow at the top left of the browser will also refresh the webpage.
Click the pencil icon under the View column to download the report. The report cannot be viewed directly in eSER; it can only be downloaded.
Some reports have the option to choose a "Last Run" date and time for a report. Typically, a user will want to choose the most recent date and time available. There may be cases when a draft report may be available, but an earlier official report is desired.
In this example, we navigated to General Reports > Cross Check MFP Count.
This shows the Report Request for Cross Check MFP Count page.
Clicking the MFP Count ID dropdown shows a list of reports by date and time.
Any report shown without "official" to the right is either a draft or unofficial report.
Nothing yet.
Error status
If a report request takes longer than 30 minutes to generate or shows "Error" in the Report Status column, then contact system support.
