The Incident Summary section allows for the addition or editing of previous and current restraint or seclusion incidents. The columns on this table are:

Incident Summary
On the Incident Summary page, click the green "+" button to begin a new Incident.
Incident View/Edit
This will navigate to the Incident View/Edit page with these options:
Incident Event Type
Incident Date
Begin Time
End Time
Incident Report Sent/Provided to Parent/Guardian on
Incident Report Sent / Provided to Director of Special Education on
Incident Event Type is the only dropdown, with these two options:
Seclusion
Restraint
The rest are time and date fields. Enter the time the incident began, and the time it ended; and the appropriate dates for the last two fields.
Click Save Incident to commit.
The Incident Participants table will appear at the bottom with the following columns:
Participant
Position/Title
Action Taken
Click the "+" button to add a participant.
The Add Participants popup will appear with three fields which can be manually entered:
Participant Name
Position/Title
Action Taken
Click Save Changes to commit, or Close to exit without saving the data.
Back at the Incident View/Edit page, click Return to Summary to navigate back to the Incident Summary page.
For further edits to an incident, click the pencil icon in the summary table; or click the trash can to delete it.
Click the "+" button to start a new incident.
The Incident View/Edit page will appear.
Use the dropdown to select an event type.
Enter the times and dates manually, or by using the small clock and calendar icons at the right side of the fields.
When clicked, the calendar and clock icons will produce small popups which can be used to select the desired information.
Select the time or date. After this, it may be necessary to click anywhere outside of the popup to return to the View/Edit screen.
The selected information will appear in the field.
Click Save Incident to commit.
The Incident Participants table will appear at the bottom.
Clicking the "+" button to add a participant, and the Add Participants popup will appear.
Add the needed information manually, then click Save Changes to commit.
The data added will appear in the Incident Participants table.
