The Reevaluation Data Review (RDR) shows data about a student's coordinator, exceptionalities, previous evaluations, services, goals and more.
There are ten subsections:
Student Information
Previous Evaluations
Purpose of Reevaluation
Student Services and Service Provider Input
IEP Goals and Progress Review
Review of Student Data and Information
Additional Factors
Conclusions
Recommendations
Signature Lines
Completing an RDR is different than completing a Reevaluation, and does not substitute for completing a Reevaluation.
Once an RDR has been submitted, it cannot be edited or amended. It can only be deleted, started over, and resubmitted.

An RDR cannot be edited once it has been submitted.
To view an existing Reevaluation Data Review, click on the pencil icon at the right side of the Reevaluation Data Review Summary table.
If the RDR has been submitted and there is a date in the Submitted To ESER Date column, no edits can be made.
If the RDR has not been submitted and there is no date in the Submitted To ESER Date column, then edits can be made.
Once in the RDR, click Check Out to edit subsections.
If there is no existing review, or to begin a new Reevaluation Data Review, click the "+" button.
In this case, clicking the "+" button and starting a new RDR will automatically "check out" the subsequent Reevaluation Data Review section. This is different than the normal IEP settings which require the Check Out button to be clicked as a separate step.
