The April Dunn Act allows the student’s IEP team to determine an alternate means to a diploma. In the high school setting, student eligibility for the April Dunn Act only needs to be established once.
The April Dunn Act may also be applied for promotion purposes only for students in grades K-8.

April Dunn Act Eligibility Criteria Determination Form
This section must be manually added using the Edit Section(s) link.
Before adding this subsection, a Promotion or Graduation option must be chosen from the April Dunn Act Pathway dropdown via IEP Section > Program Services > April Dunn Act Eligibility.
The checkbox for "I certify that information above is accurate" must be filled in when this section is completed.
The April Dunn Act Eligibility Criteria Determination Form subsection offers two variations depending on which pathway is selected in the April Dunn Act Eligibility subsection in Program Services.
The Program Services section shows this dropdown from which one of the two pathways -- Graduation or Promotion -- is chosen:
