Process

1. Click the "NONE" checkbox if the student has no need for these services, and there is no further data to be entered in this section.

2. Otherwise, if you are not checked out already, click Check Out to edit this section.

   • Once checked out, clicking the pencil icon next to any text box will produce a popup with an editable narrative field.

3. The remaining subsections here will be outlined with brief explanations of each fillable field.

Transition Assessments

1. This text box is for narrative about the student's various assessments provided to best assist the student transitioning out of  the K-12 system into post-secondary education life, vocation, careers, etc.
