It was a scorching hot day at the Hari Raya event, and the crowd was buzzing with excitement. We were selling our signature honey peach tea to help everyone cool down—and it was such a hit that we completely sold out in just 30 minutes! The sweet, fruity flavour was perfect for the festive atmosphere, and people kept coming back for more.
For the Fun Run event, the Osprey Eco Committee took the lead in running the stall, proudly selling crowd favourites—our refreshing honey peach tea and the all-time hit, tiramisu! Both treats were a success, drawing in students and families looking to cool down and enjoy something sweet after the run.
At the start of Term 3, the Osprey Eco Committee came together to extract fresh honey in preparation for future sales. Following this, on 8 May 2025, the Hawksprey Eco Committee joined forces to extract more honey, which will be used for the upcoming Fun Run and other future events. Both teams worked collaboratively to support sustainability and promote eco-friendly initiatives within the school community.
A poster on marine and coast awareness illustrated by Dzakwan Sukarni (Hawk's Sustainability Captain 25/26). This poster highlights how marine ecosystems contribute to Earth's climate regulation. Marine ecosystems help absorb carbon, regulate temperature, and stabilize the climate. Due to this, it is also our responsibility to take care and protect our marine and coastal ecosystems via sustainable practices.
These posters (made by Oprey's Eco-Rep, Thariyah) show simple ways we can help protect our oceans—by making smart choices that support sustainable fishing. 🌊🐟
