What is the house green business? Fireagle's green business is: shaved ice! 

What makes the business eco? 

• We make syrup out of leftover fruits from Eagle to reduce food waste

• We encourage customers to bring their own reusable cups for a $1 discount

• When customers do not have their own cups, we use paper cups instead of plastic

• We aim to collect the paper cups to be composted at the ODC
