If you need to guide your students - here are the EP guidelines for them.

How can I view a list of all students registered?

  • Go to Administration on the navigation bar and click on Students in the dropdown menu.
  • Then you can see a list of all approved students who can be assigned to offers.

Can I ask for extra documents from the students?

  • In the Student profile, there are fields Supporting documents and Particular knowledge and you can instruct your students to upload documents or mention their knowledge and experience, so you can evaluate their profiles. More information how to add instructions visible to students when they are submitting profiles can be found here.

How can I edit the profile of a student?

  • Click on the button Open by the student whose profile you want to edit.
  • You can change the student's details. Just click on Save at the end.

Do the registered students have access to the Exchange Platform?

  • Students registered before the end of March 2017 do not have automatic access - please inform the ITS to activate these student accounts.
  • Students registered by committees from April 2017 onwards have their accounts automatically activated, but they do not receive a notification with their password. They can use the "Forgot password" functionality to get a new password.
  • Students that self-register from the login screen of the EP, receive an email with their password and can immediately log in.
