When an employer creates an offer, you have to approve it and fill in missing information before it's published.
How to verify an offer created by an employer?
When an employer submits a new offer, you will receive an email notification.
Offers waiting for a verification can be found under Incoming in the tab Draft. Status of such offers is Pending Verification.
You need to assign the offer a reference number and fill in some of the mandatory fields such as Payment deduction, Estimated costs of lodging and living, Nomination deadline. You are also able to edit any of the fields if needed.
If you are not satisfied with the information provided by the employer, you can add comments and send it back to the employer by clicking on Request Revisions.
Once the offer is completed, you can click on Verify.
The offer will be moved to the status Ready for Sharing and you can continue with the rest of the process.
