When a student is accepted by the receiving committee, it's first forwarded to you and then after you review the documents you can share it with the student.
How to forward the acceptance to students?
Open the nomination in the status Student Accepted (under Outgoing in the tab Accepted).
Review the dates and the acceptance documents if everything is ok.
If so, share the acceptance with the student by clicking on Send to Student.
How to submit student's confirmation of internship?
All accepted students need to confirm the internship by signing and then returning the Acceptance Note (N5A) within two weeks.
First students need to confirm the Student Disclaimer, then they have the option to enter approximate dates when they would like the accommodation to be arranged for them.
Upload the signed Acceptance Note (N5A)
Click on Confirm.
How to review rejection?
You will receive notification when your student is rejected. The main reason for rejection will be mentioned in the email.
If you want to see the details for the rejection, open the nomination in the Exchange Platform and go to Outgoing then Archive and you can find your rejected nomination under the tab Rejected/Cancelled Nominations.
To make the rejection visible for the student, you have to click on the button Send to Student.
