Assigning Students
When you have already selected your student and you have created their profile on the Exchange Platform, you can assign them to the offer.

Please note that you should assign only one student to one offer and one student should not be assigned to more than one offer.

Go to Outgoing and to the tab Available Offers. (Please note that you can assign students only to offers in the status Published.)
Open the offer which you want to assign your student to.
Open the tab Assigned students.
Start typing the name of the student in the lookup field, choose your student, choose Assigned Student as a role and click on the + button.
If you want to assign a new student, you can create a new one through the button 'New Student'.
After choosing your student, click on the tab Assigned students to check that the student was assigned.
Also LCs can assign students created under their LC. They can assign students to AC offers assigned to their LC and to all FCFS and COBE offers shared with your committee.
