Getting in touch with other countries
When you don't have any contact details of another country?
In top right corner of the homepage, open the dropdown under your name and click on Contact List.
In the contact list, all IAESTE countries are alphabetically listed and you can either write the name of the country you are looking for or switch between the pages to find the country you are looking for:
When you find the country you are looking for, click on Open on the right side and a profile of the country will open.
At top of the profile, you will find the name and email address of National Secretary:
In case you want to contact, the Exchange Administrators, look into the tab Contact Information and there you will find section Members, where you will find contact details for other members of the country:
When you urgently need to contact another country?
Proceed as in the case before to the profile of the country.
Click on the tab Contact Information and there you will find section Emergency contacts, where you should find contact details (including phone numbers) for members of the National Committee.
When I need to send some hard copies to the other country?
Proceed as before to the profile of the country.
Right in the first tab named Addresses, you will find the postal and visiting/office address of the committee.
Note: Check also the tab Visiting/Office Address and in case the addresses differ, contact the country to confirm the right address.
