Employer access

Employers can register themselves in the Exchange Platform and after your verification they can create offers, accept/reject students and fill in employer reports.

How to give access to a new employer?

  • Ask your employer to register through the button Partner with us at iaeste.net

  • After the employer submits the registration form, you will receive an email notification and you can verify him.

  • To verify an employer, go to Administration and click on Employers.

  • You can see unverified employers under the tab Pending Verification.

  • Open the profile of an employer you want to verify and click on Approve Employer. (If you want any of your LCs to be able to create offers for this Employer, you have to assign the LC in the Employer's profile.)

How to give access to an existing employer?

  • Go to Administration and click on Employers.

  • Find the employer under the tab Active.

  • Open the profile of the employer.

  • On the bottom of the profile, you can find a button Register New User.

  • Fill in the information of the company user and click on Submit.

  • An email notification containing the login details will be sent to the user.
