IMPORTANT: The CSV file format has to be as explained here. There are some minor changes from the IW4 so make sure to update your files before uploading. If your exchange system has not yet been upgraded to produce CSVs in the new format, you may use this script to convert your files.
1. First you have to import Employers if they don't exist in the system already. Here are instructions how to import Employers. You use the same CSV file for importing Employers & Offers.
2. When Employers are imported you can import Offers. Choose Import Employers & Offers from the CSV Menu.
3. Choose the CSV file from your Computer and then click the Upload button.
4. Data from the file will be visible in the table. Confirm the imported data and how it will be mapped to the fields within the system and click the "Add to SmartFolder and Autoloader queue" , system will confirm that the file was added successfully. Now wait 5 minutes!
NOTE: If you use a reference number in the CSV already present in the EP, irrespective of the status of the offer, the details will be updated based on the data you entered in the CSV.
5. After 5 minutes uploaded Offers will be visible in the Draft offers (Menu Offers--> Incoming)
6. Publishing/Sharing Uploaded offers.
When offers are uploaded via the CSV file they go to the draft status, and it's necessary to click "save draft" or "add offer" button for each single one to make them published.
When all fields were correct, the offer will be saved and status will be changed to "ready for sharing".
If there were some not correct fields
If you want to upload many offers (more than 20) and you would like to avoid saving/adding each offer before sharing/publishing - please get in touch with the ITS team (its@iaeste.org).
