"An offer with provided reference number already exists in the system." I cannot find any offer with that reference number.

Probably you discarded an offer with that reference number. Discarded offers remain in the system for your protection until a system administrator purges them. Tell us at its@iaeste.org and we will remove your Discarded offers.

I cannot create a PDF for my offer.

Offers in Draft status are not allowed to be exported to PDF. You must advance your offer to status "Ready for Sharing" by clicking on the "Add offer" button.

Can I print my offers in bulk?

It is not possible to create PDFs in bulk. Offer PDFs have to be created one by one - there are "Previous" and "Next" buttons at the top to browse faster; and Ctrl+P shows the Print window. We will try to fix this in the future.

I cannot do anything with an offer. The system says "This record is locked. Checked out by..."

Any changes or actions to offers can only be done by one person at the same time. Kindly ask the other person to switch to View mode for that offer.

The National Secretary or Person Responsible for my National Committee is incorrect.

Inform us at its@iaeste.org and we will change it. If you can get a confirmation from the person who is currently listed as NS, we may change it faster.

We created some users but they didn't receive their passwords.

What happened to the Traineeship Portal that we had previously?

The Traineeship Portal was taking data from the IW4 and not the Exchange Platform. There are no current plans to connect it to the EP, since the students can already register to use the platform directly. You are also welcome to download your foreign offers as CSV, erase the columns you don't want your students to see, and share it with them as an Excel file or PDF.
