Submitting Nominations

After you have assigned your student to the offer, you can upload the student's nomination and share it with the receiving committee.

Note: According to Decision 303, 24 January 2017 GC Incheon it is mandatory to share nominations through the Exchange Platform. The best way to avoid confusion and misunderstanding among members is to upload and submit all nominations.

You can either open the Nomination form through the tab Assigned Students in the offer (see below) or under Outgoing in the tab Assigned.

When you go to Outgoing, open the tab Assigned.
Open the nomination you want to submit.

The nomination form will open and you can fill in the nomination details and upload the nomination document.

The only mandatory fields are dates of the internship and the upload field for the nomination and a copy of passport.

Please note that the dates should fit in the dates required by the employer. If the dates are outside the required period, a notification will pop up and you will be asked to confirm the dates.

You upload the nomination document as one document. Only the copy of passport should be uploaded separately as it should not be shared with the employer. Except these documents, also a portfolio can be uploaded if required. Please note that the student uploads all the documents separately and when submitted it appears as one file to you. After you filled in the dates and uploaded the nomination file, click on the button Confirm to share the nomination with the receiving committee.
The nomination will change its status to Confirmed and you can find it under Outgoing in the tab Nominated.

An email notification will be sent to the receiving committee.
