- When employers register, they are not assigned to any LC. When the Exchange Administrator or National Secretary verifies the employer, they can assign an LC to the employer.
- After that the employer will be visible to the LC Administrators and they can handle any offers created by the employer.
- Later on, the LC of the employer can still be updated in the employer's profile.
