In the EP, these are are offers marked with the status Unused and can enter this status on the following conditions:
The nomination deadline has passed and no nomination was sent.
A country you shared the offer with has rejected it or returned it back to you.
A nomination on that offer was cancelled by the sending committee.
A nomination for the offer was rejected by your committee or employer.
Unused offers are not shared anymore and must be reshared as soon as possible.
In case you find out before the nomination deadline that you are not able to find the suitable student, please return the offer back to the home committee, so they can reshare it and find a suitable candidate from another country.
Go to Outgoing the list of Available Offers and open the offer you want to return.
Click on the button Reject at the bottom of the page.
Please note that all Exchange Internship offers will automatically go to Unused after passing their nomination deadline and in case you want to prolong the deadline you need to reshare the offer.
Go to Incoming and open the tab Ready For Sharing.
Open the offer, change the nomination deadline and click on the button Ready for Sharing.
Change the Exchange type of the offer. (In case you want to change any requirements or specify the work description click on Back to Draft.)
Change the Exchange Year of the offer by selecting the new exahange year from the dropdown.
Click on Save Draft to update the Share/Publish tab.
Choose the countries you want to share the offer with and click on Share/Publish.
