The students who applied by individual cannot leave from Korea before getting the result of Visa extension
If the documents are unfulfilled, the process time can be delayed or rejected.
Our office does not response to individual applications. For more details, please ask to the immigration office(1345) or using the Online proxy application that is available for consultant service.

Students should book the visiting date by themselves at the HiKorea🔗.
To visit preferred date, students should try to book at least a month ago. If it is hard to book, please use the way of Online Proxcy Application.If you cannot make a reservation before Visa expiry date, please visit the immigration office by taking your required documents at the end of your Visa valid date and apply for it. But if the documents are unfulfilled, your application will be rejected and should pay the fine because Visa extension application cannot be done.
Lastly after fill out related information, you must click the 'Apply'
After printing booking certificate, you must extend your Visa by visiting Immigration office in their jurisdiction that you booked.

You must apply for your Visa extension at the Immigration office after preparing all the documents below.
The application form is located at the entrance of our office or on our website 'Download center'.
Write the phone number that can be used in Korea (If you don't have it, write your email address)
When you apply for re-issuing the ARC, you must attach the ID Photo due to the lack of space on back side(Please refer to the page of Re-issuing the ARC)

Please submit by differentiating the originals and copies(If you submit the
originals as copies, it cannot be returned.Those who need to change their residence due to their moving must apply for a change of residence at the same time, and submit a copy of both the existing contract and the new contract. (However, you have to report within 14 days from the date of moving)
