Students who want to cancel the class after registration and receive a refund should fill out 📝「Class Cancellation Form」 and📝 「Refund form」 and submit it.
For the criteria of the amount of refund, it follows the Article 23 of the 「Enforcement Decree of the Lifelong Education law」 🔗
(The application fee cannot be returned.)
The refund date and submitting documents differ depending on your visa type at the time of refund. For more details, please refer to the article 4 of the 'Regulations for Enforcement of Korean Language Curriculum for Foreigners'.🔗
Refunds can only be made by a person's account who deposited the tuition or the account of the student's own name.
It takes about 4 weeks to receive the refund, and for the overseas remittance, the overseas transferring fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
(For the overseas remittance, it takes 5 weeks or more to receive the refund.)

Visit the office to fill out 📝「Class Cancellation Form」 and 📝 「Refund form」 or submit it by Email with the related evidence documents.
📝 How to fill out 「refund form」
After the application is accepted, you can receive the tuition within 4~5 weeks.
If a student who received a scholarship for the semester applies for a partial refund during the semester, the scholarship you received will be deduct from the whole tuition, and based on the deducted amount the partial refund will be calculate.
In the case of using an overseas account, the name of the bank, branch name, address of the branch of the bank, SWIFT CODE, bank account number, student’s home address must be all filled out in English on the refund application form.
For the next semester refund, a notice will be announced by the homeroom teacher during the semester.
