1) The office of the Hongik language Institute

Location: Room 411, 4th Floor, Building A, Yeomun Hall
Operation time : 9 A.M. ~ 5:30 P.M. (Mon~Fri)
*But, in winter(November~Feburary) until 5:00 P.M.
Available: Student support such as school life or life abroad, and certificate issuance related to visa/school certificates, and provide essential drugs

Available certificate: 「School and attendance certificate」and 「Academic records」
(For the completion certificate which is given in the ceremony, re-issuing is unavailable.)
How to apply: Access the page for certificate application🔗 , fill out the online application
How to receive: Receive by yourself or by email (Choose 1 when you apply)
Cautions:
1) If you don’t receive it by yourself within 1 week after application, it will be terminated and you won’t be able to apply for the certificate again on the related term.
2) You can receive it the next day only if you apply before 5 P.M. (If you apply after 5 P.M., you can receive it two days after the application. )

Issued to: All KLI’s students
New students: Issued automatically and will be given on the designated date.
When you have lost it, you should contact the office to apply for reissuing. (To be reissued, it will take a week.)
With a student ID card, you can use the self-study room in the main library. (However, it is not allowed to lend books.)
You can use the main library self-study room seat (How to use🔗 )
This is proof of your identity when you visit the office or when you receive the certificate. So, you must have it.

If your device is 'Windows system', you can access wifi by program provided by school .🔗

Working Hours :
- During semester : Weekdays 9:00 AM~6:00 PM (Closed on weekends and public holidays.)
