Task 6 - Miro Brainstorm
On your Miro Page, develop 3 separate brainstorm ideas for your proposed video game environment.
Your Environment MUST include some area for target shooting interactions
Make sure to consider elements such as;
Mood - how will you set the scene for the player.
Theme - Think about setting, locations, countries.
Colour palette - What colour scheme will you use for your level.
Time of day - Important for the atmosphere in your level.
Proposed user interface elements in the level for the player to interact with while shooting targets.
Task 7 - Moodboards
For each of the 3 ideas you have developed, build a mood board of reference images on your Miro page.
Try to include images from video games that include UI elements, these can be from shooter games, arcade games. ect.
Make sure all of your Miro work is recorded on your google site!
Task 8 - Decide on game IP
Using your moodboards and research as a guide, further develop one of your 3 game ideas and create a narrative storyline/ gameplay loop.
Task 9 - Secondary Research
Study 2 user interface elements found in current industry examples within the Shooter genre and detail how you could implement these into your game.
These user interface elements will be added along with a mandatory target shooting system inside your prototype.
