I had been struggling for a while with the idea of "sales", with the word evoking images of shady used-car salespeople. This obviously caused me a lot of problems when I went to start my own business, since I didn't want to be like those people. Rob Bedell completely dismantles this myth, showing how sales can be something fun and productive for BOTH sides (what a concept!) - and showing that you don't have to trick, shame, or coerce people to be successful in sales (again, what a concept!). Highly recommend
