New School Board Members and Positions Named for 2021

CULVER COMMUNITY SCHOOL BOARD MEMBERS AND POSITIONS NAMED FOR 2021

The 2021 Culver Community School Board welcomed new member, Michael Pazin at the first meeting of the year, January 11, 2021. Michael Pazin takes the place of Ken VanDePuttee, who retired from his school board position at the end of 2020.

The board also nominated and voted on the positions for board members for the 2021 year. Theresa Thompson will continue as the School Board President, Amy Pugh was named Vice-President and Jack Jones is now the Secretary.

Other nominations for the night included Jeffery R. Houin to continue as 2021 legal counsel, Karen Shuman to continue as the Title IX Coordinator for 2021, and Jack Jones as the Legislative Liaison for 2021.

The next School Board meeting is scheduled for January 18, 2021. School Board meetings are open to the public and take place on the 1st and 3rd Mondays of the month at 7p at the Culver Schools Administration Building, 700 School Street, Culver, IN.
