Culver Community High School Teacher Receives $500 Grant

CULVER COMMUNITY HIGH SCHOOL TEACHER RECEIVES $500 GRANT

Culver Community High School Teacher, Mark Ringenberg was recently awarded a $500 grant thanks to the Cheryl Lynn Welter Foundation. Mark plans to use the money to assist students who are unable to afford to attend field trips because of financial hardships.

This grant was made possible by the Cheryl Lynn Welter Family Charitable Foundation. This foundation honors the life of Cheryl Welter who passed away her senior year of high school in 2001. Cheryl was an avid people person who loved helping others. The foundation was put in place to help students in grades K-12 have opportunities to achieve goals they may not otherwise have the resources to achieve.
