Culver Community Schools Announces Free Breakfast and Lunch Program

CULVER COMMUNITY SCHOOLS ANNOUNCES FREE BREAKFAST AND LUNCH PROGRAM

Beginning Monday, September 14, 2020 all students enrolled at Culver Community Schools will receive free breakfast and lunch thanks to federal funding through the USDA in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Families do not have to be on free and reduced lunch to receive these meals. This program will be in place until December 18, 2020 (first day of Christmas Break) or when federal funds run out, whichever comes first.

This does not include adult meals, second meals or ala carte items. Those items will be charged for at full price.

Culver Community Schools virtual students are able to participate as well. Meals will need to be picked up at Culver Community High School between 11:30 am-12:30 pm. Any interested virtual students will need to contact Gretchen Johnson at 574-842-3364 ext. 711 to register for their meals.

Meals will NOT be provided on the following days:

Oct 16, 2020- scheduled eLearning Day

Oct 19, 2020- Oct 23, 2020- Fall Break

Nov 25, 2020- Nov 27, 2020- Thanksgiving Break

December 21, 2020- December 31, 2020 - Christmas Break

During this time if your student's lunch account is negative we will still be accepting payments to get those accounts back in good standing.
