‼️ Stay up to date with the September 2025 Chapters Brief!
Meetings and gatherings happen all the time at work, but so often they suck. How many times have we thought, "this meeting could have been an email"? But rather than cutting meetings, what if we raised the standard for what meetings could look and feel like? From 1:1s to teamwide project check-ins, effective facilitators create powerful and valuable gatherings that make people want to show up and be fully present.
This workshop will equip participants with:
- A framework to incorporate the foundational elements of inclusive facilitation into their practice
- Tools for your toolbox on how to engage your audience and create connection
- A low-stakes opportunity to practice and receive feedback - we're all here to learn!
- Greater confidence with planning and leading gatherings in and out of work
