âźď¸ Stay up to date with the September 2025 Chapters Brief!
We've crossed 20,000 chapter members globally!! đ
I've been thinking a lot about what makes our community so special and why we continue to grow so much. Here's why:
People are craving deeper connections. They align with our mission to make the world of work better and to unlock more humanity at work.Â
Our community is open to anyone, not just HR. While we love HR leaders, our superpower is in gathering people from across industries and roles â from junior professionals and people managers to consultants and coaches. There's other organizations for just HR folks and that's great, so don't get caught up in just HR folks showing up. We're more than that! Culture belongs to everyone so let's not forget that.Â
Inclusion is our strength! We're about fostering belonging and acceptance. We won't always agree on everything, but we create places where people can feel seen, heard, valued, and appreciated. The world needs places for respectful discord.Â
Cheers to all of being on this mission together! We're doin' this!Â

đŁ Promote Other Chapter Events: We're Stronger TogetherÂ
I want to give a special shoutout to Christy Tonge, SF chapter lead, whoâs always fantastic at promoting other chapter events during their gatherings. Itâs a great habit for all of us to adopt! Just because someone is part of one chapter doesnât mean they shouldnât join other eventsâespecially topic-based ones like our new Global Trauma (Sarah Giencke + Natalia Bayurova), Mental Health and Neurodiversity at Work (Stephanie Loredo), and soon-to-launch Psychedelics at Work and Founders chapters. Make sure to check the calendar, and encourage your members to explore whatâs happening across the entire chapters community!
