Understand the structure that our chapters follow to make our gatherings unique, inclusive and engaging.
Running a successful Culture First Chapter gathering, whether it's in-person or virtual, starts with having a clear, repeatable structure with strong experience design components built in that can be used for any type of gathering you choose to host. Our community's 5-step framework ensures that our events feel familiar to attendees regardless of location or medium while allowing flexibility for each chapter to build unique experiences catering to the needs of your local community.

Don’t stress about coming up with content, follow one of our templates to facilitate at your next gathering. Explore the comprehensive list of guides and if you have an idea you would like to add to share with your fellow leads, please reach out to Jessie on slack.
Don’t stress about having to put together content and facilitate. Access a variety of workshops and facilitators to enhance your events. These workshops have been voted and vetted by your fellow community members to ensure they are relevant and of the highest quality. A few facts about the workshops:
Each workshop costs $300.
You can forego using this $300 credit and use it towards another event. You just need to let Jessie know in advance.
You're welcome to co-host a workshop with other chapters. However, up to 3 chapters max can co-host one single workshop.
You are required to publish the event on Bevy still and also send out a post event feedback form. See instructions on the workshops page.
If you have an idea for a workshop, feel free to apply. We take on a handful of new workshops every quarter.
