Welcome to the 2019-2020 school year!
Our caring and dedicated team members are busy planning an exciting and educational year for you! Please read the following information carefully knowing these dates and details will assure you and your student a successful beginning to the new school year!

Gear Up Days

At Gear Up Days your student/parent will: 1. Pick up schedule, textbooks, and both parent and student sign important forms 2. Have your school picture taken and receive your Student ID 3. Purchase ASB card, Caiman Gear, Hot Lunch, and more! 4. One parent must attend with your student and plan for at least one hour to complete the process. Note: The first hour tends to be the busiest.

Class Schedule Changes
Class schedules for 2019-2020 are now viewable in Pathways. (Note that currently only fall class schedules are showing. We are working with Pathways on a fix. Please use the link below to log in to your *Household Portal to view classes. If you have login problems, please call the front desk at 760-480-9845 or contact Ms. Uribe at euribe@classicalacademy.com.
*Household Accounts (parents): The username is the parent email address you used when you registered your student through online registration.

If you would like to request adding or dropping a course, please have a parent use the link below. Schedule change requests must be filled out and turned in by Wednesday, August 7th. We will only accept request changes via the Google link below. Please do not email or call the office. Mrs. Fletcher will notify you via email by August 16th if your schedule request was denied.
In order to make the schedule work for all students, we are not able to accommodate specific teacher or period requests. Please note that most classes are full and changes will be extremely limited.

National Honor Society Information
If you are a 10th, 11th or 12th grader with a 3.5 gpa or higher…
…you may be the perfect candidate to participate in the National Honors Society chapter at CAHS! It is a great opportunity for 10th-12th graders to get national recognition in their excellence in scholarship, leadership, service and character. It looks GREAT on college applications. In order to apply you must complete the entire application process. Applications can be picked up from the front desk at CAHS or from Mr. Charles at Classical Academy Online. Applications due on or before : August 30, 2019
