One Day for Education Fundraiser
Parent Volunteer Hour Challenge -
We recently released our One Day for Education to purchase a new van to share between the two campuses (Studio and Personalized Learning). We know how valuable this is for our students who go between campuses, as well as outside activities and sports. From April 4-April 8, I will double hours for all $10 or higher donations. Instead of one volunteer hour for a $10 donation, I will make it two hours! If you donate $139, that will satisfy ALL of your hours for the 2021-22 school year and you will receive a Classical Academy Camping Mug.
Ready, set, donate!
Thank you in advance for your support.
Dana Moen
Tardy Policy Reminder:
Parents must contact the attendance clerk within 24 hours if they would like to 'excuse' their child's absence or tardy.
Unexcused tardies and absences can lead to disciplinary action being taken.

Volunteer at the Escondido Library - Information and Flyer Link
Earn Community Service Hours - Earth Fair
Each year we need about 300 volunteers. There are 19 different jobs to match a wide variety of interests and capabilities. A volunteer can work one 3-hour shift, or a much as the whole 12-hour day. Each volunteer must attend a 2-hour training session the week before the event, so they will know where to go and what to do (they get service hours for the training as well). A volunteer can thus accumulate between 5 and 14 Community Service hours from this event.
And, each participant will receive an organic cotton volunteer t-shirt, featuring this year's logo.
To register to volunteer, individuals can go to this web address: EFVOL.org.
There they will find details about the available jobs and trainings, and can link to our on-line registration system to sign up as a volunteer.
