Volunteer Opportunities!
9.2% of the world population suffers from food insecurity. In San Diego, 1 in 4 people (adults and children) experience nutrition insecurity. It doesn't take much to make an impact. The attached flyer lists organizations that service diverse populations across ages, demographics, and religions. Grab some friends and choose an organization where you want cause change. Even better, you'll be fulfilling your service hours too!

Hello parents of CAHS students,
We are excited to announce that we are hosting our first annual CAHS Studio & PLC Career Fair on March 15th, 2024!
Our career fair is intended to expose our high school students to post-secondary career options. We would like to have representatives from various industries and professional fields, the military, various trades, and also home-based businesses. We would love for parents to volunteer this year and this will count towards parent volunteer hours too!

Subject: CAHS Alumni College Recruitment Invitation
CSUSM is holding a FREE recruitment event and we'd love to invite CAHS students to attend! The event will be Friday, April 19, 2024 at 6pm in Arts 111 at the CSUSM campus. There will be free pizza at 6pm and a theater performance of "Failure: A Love Story" at 7pm. Students can RSVP free tickets to the event by April 17th at csusm.edu/sofa/theatre-arts. Students interested in theater degrees will be able to see a free show, meet with faculty and theater majors, learn about the program(s) offered, and see us in action!
