In the first episode of 2024, Mr. Moen discusses a recent article about CAHS "OK Classical, What is your secret?" Mr. Moen believes that the secret -not so secret- is putting people first above all else. This makes CAHS a unique community where students and team members thrive! Freshman for a Day is coming on Monday, January 8. Please invite your 8th grade family and friends! There are only two weeks until the end of the Term so lets work hard in the classroom and get those grades up!

Important Upcoming Dates at CAHS
January 2- Emails will be sent to the household email in the afternoon inviting you to re-enroll through the REG-Online portal.
January 3rd through 5th- 10th Grade Hearing Screening
January 8- Freshman for a Day (invite 8th grade friends and family) 9am at Studio and 11am at PL
January 11 through 13- CAHS Advance Drama Presents: The Tempest
January 15- MLK Day. Offices/School closed
January 16th & 17th- Quarter 2 finals
January 22- Spring Term Classes Begin
January 23- Caiman Way Spring Sports Meeting @ 6:30pm in Caiman Hall
January 26- Deadline for all re-enrollment registrations
February 10- GLOW Dance

Spring Schedule Changes
On January 8 we will release the link for Spring Schedule Changes. The link will be open until January 12th. These requests are only for NEEDED changes, not for Teacher or Period change preferences. Once the semester has started, students will again have 1 week to add a class and 2 weeks to drop a class. The last day to add a class is Jan 26th. The last day to drop a class is Feb 5th. Many of our classes are at capacity so preference requests will not be able to be granted.

Hey Caimans! Save the date… Monday, March 11th, 2024 we will be hosting the SAT for Juniors and Seniors only for students of CAHS-Studio and CAHS-PL
We are hosting the SAT at CAHS-Studio on 3/11/2024 for 11th and 12th grade students that register and pay for the exam. The deadline for sign-ups is 1/31/2024 and we are not able to accept late sign-ups due to needing to create the digital sign-in tickets for the students by a deadline that is set by CollegeBoard, so please sign-up sooner rather than later.
The SAT is not open to 9th or 10th grade students or students that do not attend CAHS.
