Speak out (ELCHK) has linked up with families in a public housing estate in Chai Wan whose median monthly income is under HK$13,000. CIS students volunteer weekly on Saturday mornings either at the school, or virtually to improve the students' english speaking abilities, through games and structured lessons. Overall, the aim is to interact with underprivileged children to improve their confidence in speaking.
