At Hope Worldwide, participants gain an opportunity to interact with the local youth, helping with their homework, guiding their studies, counseling their mental growth, and fostering a relationship reminiscent of an older sibling or even a close friend. The children students work with are all local, meaning their primary language is Cantonese, so this activity is perfect for those who feel a passion for service, as well as a desire to bond with the local community and culture.
Our goal
Our goal this year for HOPE Worldwide is to be able to implement a regular program for students to learn and become better equipped with the English language.
